The role of the Team Leader Business Analysis is responsible for the strategic leadership and active management of the Business Analysis practice and service delivery to create value and deliver outcomes for digital, organisation and customers.
This role leads the use of the best practice Business Analysis framework, continuous improvement framework and process improvement opportunities across the unit.
This role works within our large and diverse Digital Unit and collaborates across the various Council business units.
We're looking for someone with: experience leading business analysis or improvement teams ideally in a large or complex organisation Specific IT experience, although not essential, would be ideal - along with some understanding of business analysis within an agile delivery environment Meets the challenges of business analysis with a smile and can work well in a fluid environment (with the odd bit of chaos) and who likes to get on top of problems and figure out solutions What's in it for you?

Hours of work : Full-time, permanent.
Location: This position is primarily based at Te Hononga Civic Offices, 53 Hereford Salary: The salary band for this position goes from $121,946 to 135,496 per annum based on a 40 hour working week.
Starting salaries will be based on knowledge, skills and experience the successful candidate brings to the role, and relativities both, within the immediate team and in the broader organisation for the same or similar roles.
