This Team Leader role in the Northland business is responsible for providing leadership to the Northland Bridge Team and to assist the Work Group Manager in management of the Transportation Work Group and in maximising work opportunities.
You will provide consultancy services to clients in the areas of civil engineering with a focus on bridge and civil structures design and asset management including inspections, investigations, analysis, design, reporting and supervision for a range of projects and asset management tasks.
This role will be carried out in conjunction with a technical position. Your technical (core) position will be your primary position title; and it is anticipated that this Leadership role will require approx. 10%-15% of your available time. Skills and Experience:
4 year tertiary qualification in the field of Civil EngineeringCurrent, clean Full Drivers LicenceChartered or working towards ChartershipIdeally a minimum of 8 years' experience in the field of bridge and civil structures engineering and asset managementExperience in seismic engineering would be advantageousMust be able to demonstrate an interest in structural/civil engineering through affiliation and membership of profession bodies and technical groupsWhy Us?
