The Role: This pivotal role in the New Plymouth business will see you lead, build, and manage the staff and project delivery of the Bridges and Civil Structures team. You will have between 2 to 5 direct reports in this role and will be focused on providing structural engineering and asset management services, ensuring that projects are delivered to a satisfactory level, on time, and within budget. You will work collaboratively and develop relationships with other Bridge teams around New Zealand, most importantly Whanganui and the wider North-West region. This role will be carried out in conjunction with a technical engineering position. Your technical (core) position will be your primary position title, and it is anticipated that this Leadership role will require approximately 10%-15% of your available time. Skills and Experience: A relevant tertiary qualification in civil engineering or related disciplines Current NZ Drivers Licence Preferably a minimum of 7 years of experience in Bridge / Civil Structures engineering Why Us?
