All About Children - Opaheke, Auckland is a licensed, privately owned, and operated childcare centre. We are looking for a passionate and committed leader for out infants room to take over the reins and continue the great work this team is doing. We'd love someone experienced with babies/under 2s and understands the primary caregiving for babies. Our center prides itself on excellent teacher/child ratios within a collaborative well-established team. Requirements: - As the team leader, you will role model excellent leadership qualities, inspiring and motivating others to do the same. - Good leadership experience, communication skills, time management and passionate about our youngest learners - Friendly disposition. Willingness to learn, grow and to accountable - A passion for building meaningful relationships with children and their families - A real vision as to what you would like to achieve as the leader of a successful centre - A Bachelor/ Graduate Diploma of Education/ Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current full registration. You will be well supported by the centre manager with ongoing training, mentoring and PD opportunities. We give you enough support and training to ensure you'll be a success but also enough space to lead how you want to lead.
