Team Leader – Accessories Group

The Team Leader role provides critical leadership to the Accessories Group to ensure a consistently excellent experience for our customers day in, day out.
The Accessories Group consists of approximately 31 staff working in the following four teams: Accessories, Ladies Shoes, Lingerie and Childrenswear & Toys.
The key responsibilities of the role are to: Ensure the department is always appropriately staffed Resolve day to day queries from staff and customers Motivate and inspire your team Train and coach team members Achieve KPIs Undertake Recruitment tasks Proactively deal with any people management concerns and processes Drive customer excellence.
This full-time position is working Tuesday-Saturday and is supported by a supervisor.
Along with previous retail experience, what is most important is your demonstrable leadership skills.
Qualifications Extensive experience working in a retail/customer service environment essential Experience in leading and motivating teams Experience in effective people management Ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships Strong time management skills and able to prioritize effectively Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Sound decision-making skills Competent PC user including Excel Applications close on the 16 July 2024.
