About the Role br As a Team Leader you will be required to monitor your teams call quality provide mentoring and coaching manage service levels and be the go to person for between 15 18 remote customer support agents br Your role will include but not to br Conduct daily check ins weekly 1 1 s monthly remote team catch ups br Implement and encourage best practice amongst your team br Ensure your agents are compliant and are meeting SLA s br Work with your team to understand their personal and professional growth within the organisation br Reporting to the New Zealand Operations Manager you will be someone who enjoys improving processes and be passionate about supporting your team to succeed br You will thrive in a working from home environment and understand the importance of being able to build strong relationships with your team remotely br About the Company br Get the chance to work for a well known New Zealand brand and manage a team of inbound customer care agents Your time in this role will predominantly be focused on ensuring your team are engaged and providing real time coaching br Other key things which are important to note br 4th of start br 40 hours a week anywhere across br 9 month Fixed Term Contract assignment with the opportunity to extend br Equipment will be provided br Training and career progression br Great working environments with awesome team culture br About You br To be considered for this role we look for someone who has previously managed an inbound and or retention team You will be passionate about being part of a team who is high performing and have a growth mindset br You will also have br Experience leading a Team particularly within a Contact Centre br Comfortable providing real time coaching and feedback as well as one on one support br Experience and strong understanding of managing teams remotely br Experience working in a fast paced and agile work environment br Passion for technology br This contact centre operates between to Sunday 8 00am 9 00pm on a roster rotational basis therefore you must have the flexibility to work in these hours br Here at Tribe we are focused on continuing to service our candidates and clients as usual We re adapting We re learning We re still working and want you to know we re here so reach out to us to seesho w we can help Please be patient with us and our clients as we work together to adapt to the new normal We envisage a delay in interview times whilst businesses work to their priorities br APPLY NOW br To apply for this vacancy you MUST be a New Zealand citizen resident or have already secured the right to work in New Zealand and therefore hold a valid visa with at least 18 months remaining on your visa br Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa
