In addition to your own hands-on Design responsibilities, you will supervise a small team of Mechanical Design personnel, estimate project staffing needs, and schedule and assign work. You will prepare discipline estimates, work plans, review and approve mechanical investigations and studies. Your leadership will drive high quality work plans, successful implementation of mechanical components, team support and training, and project performance.
