Job Details: Team Lead Radiographer CT & GeneralWe are excited to announce an internal opportunity for the role of Team Lead Radiographer - CT and X-Ray within our SRG Radiology Team. This position is critical in leading our team of radiographers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality diagnostic imaging services, and maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the CT and X-Ray radiography team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the smooth operation of the department.Coordinate and oversee daily workflow, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely delivery of imaging services.Maintain and enforce high standards of patient safety and care, adhering to all relevant protocols and guidelines.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnosis and optimal patient outcomes.Ensure all radiographic procedures are performed with precision and professionalism, following best practices and the latest technological advancements.Monitor and manage the performance and development of team members, conducting regular appraisals and identifying opportunities for professional growth.Participate in quality improvement initiatives, ensuring continuous enhancement of service delivery and patient satisfaction.Assist in the maintenance and calibration of imaging equipment to ensure optimal functionality and safety.Handle complex cases and provide technical expertise to the team as needed.Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Radiography or equivalent.Registered with the MRTB.Minimum of 5 years of experience in CT and X-Ray radiography.Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is highly desirable.Strong knowledge of radiographic techniques, protocols, and equipment.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with the latest advancements in radiography.Why Apply?
