6 days agoDescriptionAbout UsRocket Lab is a global leader in launch and space systems, enabling ambitious space missions for scientific exploration, Earth observation, and climate change combat.Job Title: Team Lead – FacilitiesWe are seeking a skilled Team Lead – Facilities to support the operation, maintenance, and reliability of LC1 complex and supporting infrastructure at our Mahia site in Gisborne, New Zealand.Key Responsibilities:Manage stakeholder relationships with internal and external teamsLead and develop staff within the facility team for high efficiencyCross-functional engagement to drive maintenance best practices, knowledge sharing, and improvementsMaintain and upskill compliance knowledge across high-risk facilitiesManage and report on quarterly and annual budgets for maintenance and projectsRequirements:5+ years of experience in facilities managementImplementation and operation of CMMS systemAbility to work autonomously and with initiativeStrong business acumen – verbal and written skillsSalary Range:$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
