Responsibilities.
Provide leadership, technical expertise, and guidance to engineering teams.Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a friendly and cooperative work environment.Undertake engineering tasks with high accuracy and efficiency, ensuring they meet or exceed customer needs.Lead proposals and tenders, review deliverables from team members and third-party companies.Monitor project progress, taking remedial action as needed to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.Drive cost-effective solutions and identify potential risks, developing control strategies.Manage engineering teams on specific projects, maintaining relationships with contractors and clients.Identify and implement innovative ways to enhance safety, speed, and efficiency across the business.Take responsibility for promoting a strong workplace health, safety, and environmental culture.What do you bring to the table
