To be successful in this role, you must have a proven record of strong leadership capabilities, the ability to create action plans that meet personal, team, and company goals while maintaining health and safety knowledge to ensure compliance throughout the facility.
You'll be responsible for setting the tone, driving productivity, and ensuring deadlines and targets are consistently met.WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO:The role's responsibilitiesManage and foster strong stakeholder relationships with internal and external teamsManage, mentor and support staff within the facility team to support high efficiencyCoordinate cross-functional engagement to drive maintenance best practices, knowledge sharing, and improvements with teams.Maintain and continuously upskill knowledge in compliance across high-risk facilitiesManage and report on quarterly and annual budgets for upcoming maintenance and projects.YOU'LL BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS:5+ years of experience in a facilities management roleImplementation and operation of CMMS systemAbility to work autonomously and with initiativeHigh business acumen – strong verbal and written skillsTHESE QUALIFICATIONS WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE:Aeronautical or trades background will be highly valuedWHAT TO EXPECTWe're on a mission to unlock the potential of space to improve life on Earth, but that's not an easy task.
