We currently have a vacancy for a Team Coordinator (TC) who will play a pivotal role in overseeing production activity within the Further Processing department here at Tegel. You will report into the Team Leader for Further Processing.
This is a permanent full-time position (Monday to Thursday) that requires flexibility in hours to meet the needs of the business. You will be responsible for the efficient planning and effective coordination of day-to-day activities within your team.
Key responsibilities include:
Planning, leading, organising and controlling day-to-day operations and ensuring the Team Leaders and Managers are well informed.
Developing and engaging with the team.
Ensuring that sufficient skill levels are available to meet demand.
Problem solving and liaising with Engineering to maintain and improve performance.
Updating weekly performance charts and reporting on variances.
Ensuring team members are complying with company rules, policies, and standard work.
Ideal attributes for this role:
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Supervising others.
Systems processing.
Processing experience.
Sound judgement, and a strong ability to understand and solve problems.
