Use established systems andprocesses to meet compliance requirements and optimise the service to meetlocal need. Develop and grow your team to work top of their scope as communitysupport workers. Be part of great partnershipsthat deliver; including working alongside Te Whatu Ora colleagues to supporttangata whai ora. This is a full-time positionworking Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm. Additionally, you will be supportedto be part of a rotating after hours on-call roster. Responsibilities include: Developing meaningful and collaborative partnerships Being an exemplary Tangata Tiriti partner Working alongside primary and secondary care services, and the wider community to ensure optimal outcomes. Fostering strong relationships in your community and be a good neighbour Providing regular coaching, leading, and inspiring a passionate team You | Mou You will have: A current New Zealand Nursing registration Clinical experience working in mental health and addiction A current full New Zealand driver's license A current New Zealand first aid certificate or be prepared to obtain one Proven leadership experience A demonstrated ability and cultural competence in working with Maori, and understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi Applications Close | Ra Katinga:  08 February 2024. Please note that the job may close earlier if a suitablecandidate is found.
