Team Building Facilitator

We are looking for several outgoing, well presented, quick thinking Event Assistants / Team Building Facilitators to support the delivery of Corporate Team Building Events across Auckland and beyond!The ideal applicant will: - have bundles of energy and enthusiasm with a big smile!- be well presented, a confident speaker, and have high levels of professionalism- can learn quickly, think on their feet, and follow instructions- has flexibility within their schedule and is reliableThis is a great opportunity for ongoing work (that doesn't feel like work) on a casual basis. Most events run over a 4-6 hour period from arrival to departure, are located in and around the CBD, and fall on Wednesday/Thursdays/Fridays between 12pm - 6pm.Previous experience in the following areas is an advantage:- Coaching / Teaching / Trainings / Group Fitness instructing etc- Events / Event Management / Promo Work- Public speaking or a general ability to converse with people of all ages / backgrounds / walks of lifeThis is a client (people) facing role that involves direct interacting with participants on our events. You will be responsible for assisting with event set up, event delivery, and event pack down. Starting rate is $25 per hour, we guarantee a minimum payment based on 5 hours per event (even if you work less), and after 5 events (once you've got some experience under your belt) we will up the pay rate to $30 per hour.
