We currently have a Team Assistant (TA) role available supporting the leaders of two teams in the Budget Directorate, as well as providing administrative support to these teams.
The production of the Government's annual Budget is core work for the Treasury, and the TA has a key role in "making the Budget happen".
As a TA, you will provide exemplary administration, secretarial, and coordination support to leaders and their teams.
This role would suit a talented TA who has lots of initiative and the ability to work at pace and prioritise effectively.
Your responsibilities will include:
Email, inbox, and diary management.Coordinating meetings and liaising with stakeholders.Maintaining and updating reports, including document editing, formatting, and printing.Developing and drafting a range of correspondence.Creating reports from databases.Taking minutes and following through on actions.Resource, finance (including invoice/payment), HR, and travel administration.Leading and assisting event management as required, including logistics and programme scheduling.The specific experience, skills, and qualities that will help you succeed in this role include:
Demonstrated previous administrative experience.Highly organised, efficient with an eye for detail.A pro-active, can-do attitude, and looking to stretch your administrative capabilities.The ability to multi-task, re-prioritise and react to issues that arise during the day while keeping calm and professional.A strong customer focus, excellent communication/interpersonal skills.Excellent IT skills and an experienced user of Microsoft Office Suite.Ko nga hua | What we Offer This is an important job and that's why we'll do all we can to support your success.
