We are looking for someone who will become a 'go-to person' on our floor and support our manager and our wider team.This is an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in a fast-paced and diverse environment as an integral member of our team. Seeking an individual passionate about developing skills and working with others. Key functions of the role include:Welcoming and onboarding new team membersCoordinating meetings, calendars, and eventsSupporting team members with various activities, including travel arrangements and interviewsSupporting the development of proposals and deliverables by formatting and editing content to a professional standardPreparing invoices, keeping pipeline accuracy, updating organisational charts, and supporting business managersYou will have your finger on the pulse of team activities, collaborating internally and externally to make things happen!Te rongoa | About youYou'll need to be well-organised, action-oriented, and enjoy interacting with a diverse, fun team. Your role will involve proactively identifying the team's needs and adapting to changing priorities. You will combine energy with calm efficiency, adept at anticipating needs and multi-tasking with flair! You are not afraid to positively influence others when deadlines are imminent.You will be comfortable preparing and formatting reports in MS Word and slide decks in PowerPoint to a professional standard.
