Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a fun and dynamic team? We are seeking a Team Administrator to join our Operations team and to provide administrative support for the broader team and work closely with our legal team.
What I do? Provide general administration support to the team i.e. document management, scanning, formatting documents. Administer electronic purchase orders and invoices for the team. Support the legal and procurement teams with delegations, official information requested and administrative support. Liaise regularly to help support high workloads, cover staff absences and collaborate on process improvements. Travel bookings to meet the needs of staff that are the best value for ratepayers and customers. What I bring? Have a high level of computer literacy (Office 365). Report writing experience with proof reading abilities. Touch typist experience with speed and accuracy of 60 words per minute. Knowledge, or a willingness to gain an appreciation of te Tiriti o Waitangi and Te Ture Whaimana. Hours of work: Full time, permanent, 40 Hours per week.
