This role is a fixed term part time opportunity (20 hours per week) and based in our New Plymouth office. You will assist the Infrastructure & Industrial team, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain good rapport with team members you interact with remotely and in person.
You will collaborate closely with other business line administrators across New Zealand. We are looking for someone resilient, who works well under pressure, and can provide effective administrative support in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, enabling the team to excel.

You will have the chance to network, learn, and contribute to team goals by coordinating meetings, onboarding new members, and mastering technical systems. You are a proactive and efficient administrator eager to make a positive impact. You can anticipate the team's needs, adapt to changing priorities, and excel in multitasking. You are approachable, curious, and responsive in both virtual and in-person engagements. Resilient and keen to take on new tasks, you influence others positively during deadlines by working well under pressure. You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, an interest in learning new tasks, and ideally, you are good with numbers and have some financial and/or commercial acumen. Your initiative and commitment to team culture will enhance your enjoyment.
You should be proficient in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook), SharePoint, and project administration. Experience with proposal preparation, Microsoft Dynamics, invoicing, travel booking, Miro, and Nitro is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
