Are you ready to kickstart your career in Building and Construction administration? We have a 4-month temporary opportunity with an immediate start. You will be working with a highly motivated and supportive team that is driven to produce high quality work at pace.  Can be based in either Albany, Auckland CBD or Manukau.$28 per hour + 8% holiday pay The Role: The role is focussed on delivering outcomes at pace and with high accuracy. You will deal with a diverse range of clients that includes the public, builders, internal teams and developers. Processing and managing waiversCross checking information across multiple resourcesBooking, rescheduling and cancelling inspectionsProcessing client queries – phone and emailRecord and publish key action points from team meetingsData entryAdhoc team admin Skills/Experience Required: To succeed in this position you will have precious administration experience, be a confident and clear communicator and adaptable to work with changing processes. This is a fast paced, high volume environment where flexibility will be required. Key skills include: Experience in building industry highly desired but not essentialExperience in fast paced administration environmentAbility to process information with speed and accuracyAble to learn new systems and processes quicklyTeam player who can adapt quickly to changes that ariseCan problem solve and work under pressureFlexibility to travel to multiple work locationsFULL NZ Drivers License Happy to pass a drug test    If you meet the above requirements and are available to start ASAP, apply now!
