Te whiwhinga mahi | The OpportunityWe are seeking a dedicated and proactive Administrator to join our dynamic team within the Adult Emergency Department and Clinical Decisions Unit.As a Team Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role providing administrative support for two fast-paced departments, where no two days will be the same.Main responsibilities include:Smooth running of our offices, including ordering supplies and financial requisitionsAssistance with roster administration and managing sick callsAssistance with recruitment tasks including organising interviewsProviding administrative support, including data entry, filing, record keeping and report generationUpholding Health & Safety regulations and promoting a safe work environmentTaking accurate meeting minutes and maintaining documentationSupporting organisational goals and initiatives as neededAssisting with email and calendar managementPreparation and formatting of documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed by the department.To excel in this position, we are seeking individuals who possess:Exceptional communication and organisation skillsCollaborative team skills, with a proven ability to build and foster relationshipsEfficient meeting minute-taking skillsHigh attention to detailProficiency in the Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environmentWhile previous healthcare experience would be advantageous, it is not required.
