About the role - Nga korero mo te turangaThis full-time role will contribute to undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, primarily through lectures and tutorials. You will be part of an expert team involved in all aspects of teaching and support for students. In particular, you will deliver lectures, coordinate a team of sessional assistants, assist with the development of paper content and teaching resources, carry out day-to-day administration, and run some computer laboratory sessions.Salary will be in the range of $76,904 to $92,402 per year based on skills, knowledge and experience brought to the position. This is a full-time role (37.5 hours a week), based at our Hillcrest Campus, Hamilton.Who are you? - Ko wai koe?We are seeking to grow our capacity in Data Analytics to enhance our teaching and contribute to our outreach programmes.You will hold a relevant Masters or PhD in Data Analytics or Statistics or any other related field, and have demonstrated teaching experience. Additionally, demonstrated experience in lecturing large undergraduate classes will be preferred.Who are we? - Ko wai matou?The Data Analytics programme is part of Au Reikura – The School of Computing and Mathematical Sciences at the University of Waikato.
