Teaching Personnel are looking for Teaching Assistants and Support Staff to work within our Special Education Needs (SEN) Schools within the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (BCP) area.We work with a number of specialist schools that cater for pupils with additional needs such as Autism (ASC), learning difficulties, global delay and also social, emotional and mental health settings that cater for pupils with ADHD and other challenging behaviour.Experience is preferred but is not necessary.
If you have transferable skills from roles such as care, support work, youth worker etc this could be the role for you.
Likewise if you are from a sport or creative industry such as dance, drama, art etc as pupils in these settings learning through different routes to traditional schools.We encourage applicants that are looking for full time, Monday – Friday roles as continuity for the children in SEN schools is vitally important.
