About the role Come and join our Wintec Faculty team in a coaching role for teaching and learning. You will work among a dedicated and enthusiastic capability development team to encourage the growth of our academic staff as they prepare akonga with real world skills, knowledge and mindsets to be successful in the workplace. Our ideal candidate has the skills and attitude to: Apply expertise from a strong academic foundation of adult teaching and learning experience and knowledge, including sound assessment practices in vocational education. Coach and work effectively with teams of kaiako and their leaders to foster a culture of robust teaching and learning practices and processes that focus on the experience of akonga. Draw on a varied and inspiring toolkit to respond to the diverse needs and contexts of those you are working with. Enable kaiako to adapt to a rapidly changing teaching and learning environment. Support kaiako to be confident with face-to-face and online facilitation and resource development. Work collaboratively to guide teams and individuals but also be able to provide strong direction when needed. Develop and facilitate inspirational workshops that contribute to our strategic direction.
