Teachers - Ahutoetoe Unit (Milldale)

Secondary (Years 7–15) / wharekura, Certificated teacher
Subjects: English, Health and Physical Education, Learning Languages, Mathematics and Statistics, Science, Social Sciences, Technology, Te Reo Maori, The Arts.
Two permanent, part-time roles (minimum 0.4) – Milldale.
We invite applications from fully registered teachers with knowledge of the NZ school curriculum to join our teaching team at our Ahutoetoe school unit.
We are seeking candidates with experience working with NCEA level students, along with a good understanding of NCEA at all levels. Confidence in teaching online is essential.
This position is also being advertised in the Primary/Intermediate (Y1-8) section.
We provide education and transition support for Y0-14 students while health prevents them from attending their regular school. We are therefore keen to hear from teachers with flexibility and empathy, and an ability to adapt teaching to the unique needs of the individual student.
Northern Health School is a Ministry of Education funded school. School management and administration is predominantly based in Auckland, with school units in centres throughout the North Island from Kaitaia to Gisborne, Taupo, and Taranaki.
