Job description:
A Teacher of English at LSNZ is expected to prepare and teach professional lessons in accordance with our school curriculum. This also entails keeping a clear and accurate record of lessons taught including attendance and providing timely information relating to student learning and progress to the Director of Studies. Teachers are also asked to provide a short speech for their students at our Friday graduation ceremony. Teachers are expected to attend weekly staff meetings and regular professional development sessions. All teachers are expected to always maintain a good rapport with every student at the school, whilst always treating everyone with dignity and respect.

Initial TESOL qualificationHas a level of English of at least CEFR C1 levelPlus one or more of the following:A degreeA post-graduate diploma in a language related area720 hours of English language teaching experienceA diploma of teachingDesirable:
The desirable qualifications for this position are:
