Due to increasing enrolments, we are on the hunt for an experienced early childhood kaiako, with preference to those that are already in-training or are willing to start in the New Year. You will have hands on, practical experience working with nga tamariki
Located in the outskirts of Hamilton, The Meadows Early Learning Centre provides an environment where tamariki are able to learn, develop lifelong dispositions and have lots of fun in a large purpose built environment.
You will be supported by a team of passionate, kind and nurturing kaiako who really do go out of their way to look after each other, our tamariki and whanau. We support kaiako to use their strenghts, be it practical or theoretical.
We are a busy centre, so we are in search of kaiako who have the skills and abilities to be responsive to tamariki needs, can have fun, and adjust practice to support the evolving priorities of nga tamariki.
Flexibility is the key. You must be able to work effectively as part of a team- be a great team player to fit within our working whanau.
