You will be joining an established team of experienced teachers, where you will receive valuable mentoring and coaching to compliment your study and learning.Role requirements: Enrolment into a level 7 ECE Bachelor or Graduate Diploma course Good understanding of child-led curriculum, planning and extending on our children's learning Demonstrate good knowledge of the current ECE Regulations, Te Whariki and hold compliance in a high regard A strong commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi through pedagogical practices Passion and commitment for teaching and learning with a focus on delivering quality Our successful applicant will be: a confident and clear communicator -able to build trusted connection with tamariki an individual with a growth mindset -open to constructive feedback a collaborative team player - happy to lend a hand and support when needed adaptable and flexible - able to use their initiative This is a permanent part-time position working 35 hours per week, between 730am – 6pm, Monday-Friday.
