A rare opportunity has come up at our school. We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated teacher to join our team at the beginning of term 1 2025. Beginning teachers are welcome to apply. Due to restructures, this is a board appointed position for a year. There may be some flexibility with year levels depending on the strengths of the successful applicants, but we are initially looking at Y0-3 and 4-6.
We are a medium-sized school in Waiuku with terrific students, good resources, great staff, and a responsive and supportive board.
Our tamariki need teachers who have high standards, a positive approach, and a commitment to improving student outcomes while ensuring that learning is engaging, appropriately challenging, and fun.
Our teachers work as part of a team, and we need someone who will contribute to schoolwide programmes and activities. Our team members work together to support and learn from one another.
