Teacher Aide

Teacher Aide  Devonport Primary School Permanent, Part time, Term time only   Starting date week beginning 3rd February 2025 (or sooner by arrangement)  We are flexible regarding days and hours Starting Salary Grade BC Step 3 ($28.10 per hour) - Step 5 ($29.60) depending on experience We are looking for a calm and flexible Teacher Aide to support student learning and behavioural needs. Teacher Aides work within the classroom supporting teachers and may also work 1:1 with students. Previous experience of working with children is essential. Experience of working with children with behavioural needs and/ or neurodiverse students would be an advantage. Patience and understanding are essential to this role as it involves working with a team to provide student support that enhances their ability to integrate, be independent and participate more fully in school activities.
