Having the ability to create the best possible learning environment, be culturally responsive with excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with whanau, akonga, and staff are essential. We require someone with strong knowledge of inquiry, sound classroom practices, and a willingness to continue to learn collaboratively with colleagues.
