About the EventBring the whole family down to Jubilee Park on Saturday, 30th November from 12pm after the Float Parade and experience the magic of the Te Puke Kiwiana Christmas Market!
We will have Carol Karaoke, entertainment, market and food stalls, and more!
The Float Prize Giving will be held on the stage at 12:30 PM.
Join us for a fun family afternoon out!
Stall spaces are 3x3m. Vendors will need to provide their own marquees and tables.
Pack-in is from 10.30am, and the event starts at 12pm. Please arrive with enough time to set up your space and have everything looking inviting to the public when the event starts.
Pack-out is from 3.00pm. Please do not start packing up before 3.00pm as the public may still be coming in until that time.
Even if you sell out, we ask that you please stay – this is a great opportunity to have a look around the market or enjoy some of the free entertainment on offer!
Maximum of 10 food vendors can be registered for this market. Preference will be given to EPIC Te Puke Members.
Single-use plastics which are no longer permitted:
No single-use plastic straws*No single-use plastic plates, bowls, and cutlery**No plastic produce labels (must be a compostable alternative)You will need to supply your own power (generator) and gas (tank must be valid).
Must help pick up any food wrapper waste at the end of the event. * Eateries will still be allowed to provide plastic straws to disabled people.
** Not including plastic containers that come with a lid.
