Te Turanga mahi (about the role):The Academic Programme Lead plays a key role in making sure our students thrive and succeed at Te Wananga Ihorangi. This person oversees the quality and effectiveness of our academic programmes, focusing on areas like student achievement, teaching quality, and curriculum performance. They also make sure students receive the support services they need and that resources are managed effectively. The Academic Programme Lead helps create a positive and supportive learning environment while making sure our programmes meet important standards while reflecting the values of Te Wananga Ihorangi.We are a whakapono-based interdenominational kaupapa, however, we are open to applicants who resonate with our mission and are committed to supporting our work.
