To do this, Te Komiti Haumi Putea provideleadership, operationalisation and reporting on our investment activity,providing assurance to Te Mana Whakahaere that our investment portfolio ismanaged effectively within the parameters of the approved Investment PolicyStatement.
TWoAholds a significant property portfolio across Aotearoa, so we're looking for anew independent member with extensive experience leading property investment andmanaging a commercial property portfolio to help broaden our understanding, capabilityand success in this area.
We require someonewith the following capabilities:A commitment to the kaupapa of TWoA.Significant experience in advising on and influencing commercial property management.Proven success managing significant investment portfolios.The ability to challenge constructively and ask questions appropriately.
Sound independent judgement, an ability to analyse information and communicate this in clear, accessible ways.A willingness and the ability to devote the necessary time and effort to meet the responsibilities of the role.
