Are you ready to lead an iconic natural experience? RealNZ is looking for an experienced and dynamic Te Anau Caves Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring safety, exceptional guest service, and staff development.
In this role, you'll manage a team of Cave Guides and Nature Guides, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated to deliver top-notch guest experiences. You'll take charge of recruitment, training, and staff deployment, ensuring seamless operations. Working closely with the Te Anau/Manapouri Experience Manager, you'll focus on continuous product improvement and guest satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining safety standards, overseeing financial management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures.

What We're Looking For
Proven leadership experience in guiding or tourism, with a strong track record of managing teams in dynamic environments.
Strong operational skills, including staff rostering, team deployment, and resource management.
Excellent communication skills to foster collaboration with your team and ensure clarity across all levels.
Hands-on experience in cave guiding with a solid understanding of health and safety regulations.
Agility in problem-solving and the ability to make informed decisions in fast-paced situations.
