Monty | Counselling - Couples counselling Counselling Te Anau My name is Monty. I provide counselling to individuals, couples and families in the Fiordland area. I have worked full time as a professional counsellor since 2008.
My main modalities of counselling are Narrative Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
Particular areas of expertise, training and experience include:
Personal development and growth
Couple and relationship counselling
Family therapy and parenting issues
Counselling with children and young people
Mediation, such as parenting plans after separation or workplace related issues
Anger management and domestic violence
Trauma and abuse recovery, including sexual abuse
Substance abuse and/or sexual addictions
Critical debrief after traumatic events
You're welcome for individual counselling, family therapy and couples counselling.
Qualifications and registrations Bachelor of Counselling
Training: Narrative, Solution Focused and CBT.
Specialist training for working with couples, families, children and youth, trauma and domestic violence.
My fees per session are $105 including GST.
