Tc Value Added

We currently have a vacancy for Team Coordinator (TC) who will play a pivotal role in overseeing production activity within the Value Added department here at Tegel.
You will report into the Team Leader for Value Added.
This is a permanent full-time position (Monday to Friday) with the occasional Saturday depending on demand.
You will be responsible for the efficient planning and effective coordination of day-to-day activities within your team.
Key responsibilities include:Planning, leading, organising and controlling day-to-day operations and ensuring the Team Leaders and Managers are well informed.Developing and engaging with the team.Ensuring that sufficient skill levels are available to meet demand.Problem solving and liaising with Engineering to maintain and improve performance.Updating weekly performance charts and reporting on variances.Ensuring team members comply with company rules, policies, and standard work.Ideal attributes for this role:Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.Good attendance record and dedication to continuous improvement.Strong supervisory experience.Strong system mindset.Sound judgement and a strong ability to understand and solve problems.What does Tegel offer?Fantastic development opportunities to grow and move into other departments.Life Insurance.It would be helpful if you have had previous leadership experience or have held a position of responsibility; however, this is not essential.
You must be willing to work in a fast-paced department.
