We are looking for an experienced Manager/ Associate Director to join our Christchurch based team. You will be an experienced tax professional wanting to take the next step in your career with a leading brand.As a Manager /Associate Director, you will enjoy and thrive leading others and supporting them to make an impact that matters and setting the direction to deliver exceptional client service. You will demonstrate sales and practice development, with the opportunity to make a real contribution to the growth of our successful Christchurch team.You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients ranging in size and covering a broad range of corporate tax issues. You will develop effective business relationships with clients, deliver outstanding tax advice, exceed our client's expectations and partner with their businesses to grow.What will your typical day look like?Provide expert tax advice across diverse client portfolios.Apply your understanding of tax legislation and global tax matters.Develop teams through coaching and mentorship.Excellent team player and proven organisational and communications skills.An energetic and proactive attitude.Results focused & client oriented.Enough about us, let's talk about you.
