Nursing - Community, Maternal & Child Health (Healthcare & Medical)Two Year – Fixed Term ContractHora Te Pai Health Services is a General Practice and Maori Community Health provider who provides quality primary health care and support services to whanau living in the Kapiti Coast region.Ko to tira | About the teamYou will join our close-knit team that includes our GPs, nurses, Health Improvement Practitioner, Maori Community Health Kaiawhina, and our front-line admin team where you'll play a crucial role in delivering quality health services to our enrolled population of nearly 2,500.This is a part-time position working a minimum of 24 hours per week based at Hora Te Pai Health Service in Paraparaumu.In this role, you will engage closely with whanau Maori, Iwi, tangata whenua, and the wider community to provide exceptional care through both community outreach and practice-based models of care. You will play an important role in our patient health care through hauora planning and assessing their needs.Ou whekako | About youYou must be a New Zealand resident and hold a current Annual Practicing Certificate.We are looking for someone who is positive and passionate about people.
