About the role This is an exciting, fixed term opportunity for a Talent and Development Partner to drive and deliver outcome focused talent, leadership, development, and engagement programmes in collaboration with the wider HR Managers, partners and line managers. In this role your focus will be to work collaboratively ensure our programmes of work are pragmatic, effective and represent functional best practice, enhancing Vectors organisational performance and culture. Who we are looking for With a passion for enhancing personal and organisational development and engagement to drive performance and change, you're a natural collaborator who brings the following: At least 5 years' experience in similar Human Resources capacity, or relevant transferable skills with broad OD experience Experience in developing, executing and embedding organisational development strategies, frameworks and programmes Bachelor degree in a related field Demonstrated coaching and business partnering capability Experience and awareness of different development frameworks, models and tools Strong communication skills, using coaching and storytelling  Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills A Collaborative working style, and be a team player Proactive, you will look for opportunities to improve how we do things at Vector Motivated, you have a strong delivery focus and an eye for detail Pragmatic and adaptable to changing priorities Creative and strategic thinker; able to think outside the box and adapt to feedback and changing conditions.
