About the role: In the role of Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will report to the Talent Manager and support our Talent Specialists by providing administrative support throughout the end-to-end recruitment process. Work as an ATS champion! – System administration, data entry, and talent pool management. Setting up interviews and preparing interview questions. Conducting and organizing reference checks, behavior assessments, and other pre-employment checks for hiring managers. Managing contract generation process through Live Onboard (Our ATS system). Support the Talent Specialists with volume recruitment activities, including reviewing and shortlisting CVs, phone screening, scheduling interviews, and completing reference checks. Candidate care! - candidate communication through the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the candidate is supported through the pre-employment phase. Coordinating volume recruitment drives, including supporting at in-person and virtual assessment centers. About you: Proficient skillset working within a manual environment without an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), with high attention to detail is critical. A basic understanding of Microsoft Excel is required. Demonstrated experience working within a similar role managing recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, scribing, pre-employment checks, assessment centers, and managing a recruitment inbox. Proven track record working within a fast-paced high-volume/bulk recruitment environment. Drive, tenacity, innovation, and a can-do attitude. Ability to accept responsibility, exercise initiative, and be resourceful and flexible in getting things done. A collaborative team worker. Great attention to detail.
