We are looking for a proactive and passionate Talent and People Specialist to join our dynamic team on a part time, 12 months fixed term basis.
If you love working with people, have experience in a high volume administration environment and are looking for a part time role with flexibility. This could be the role for you!
What the role looks like: Talent: Responsible for the end to end recruitment process including pre-screening, interviewing and offers. On-boarding: Coordinating all HR and business aspects of on boarding for new joiners, including HR Inductions. HR administration support: Completing HR paperwork & managing digital files in our HR system, as well as responsibility for well being initiatives. Office Support: General office admin, ordering supplies, event co-ordination and management, and ensuring common areas are tidy. Requirements Knowledge of HR best practice would be highly desirable. 2+ years in an administration role in a high volume working environment. Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. High degree of computer literacy Strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude. High level of common sense with a pro-active, positive and fun approach. Great organisational, administration and time management skills. Benefits Dynamic, fun and people- first company culture. This role is 32 hours a week, with some flexibility in these hours for the right candidate. Working hours can be split across 4 or 5 days.
