Provide professional, engaging and friendly service to create an outstanding employee experience. Oversee end to end recruitment, onboarding, learning & development and employee engagement. Manage workplace health & safety; ensure compliance training is completed, manage workplace accident reporting and provide guidance to the WHS committee. Sensitively manage employment relations matters, ensuring proactive communication with relevant parties. Qualifications Experience in a HR leadership position or within a hospitality environment advantageous. Ability to manage conflicting priorities. Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Positive, people focused and motivated to excel.
