You'll coach our hiring legends, bring a little wisdom (and maybe a few laughs) to every step of the journey, and keep the hiring process running like clockwork with a dash of data-driven magic. Plus, you'll be our brand ambassador, out there at events and on-campus promoting life at 2degrees and building the buzz. And because we're passionate about DEIB, you'll champion these values every step of the way.
