About Us
Since starting in Perth in 2012, CMW Geosciences has expanded to 18 offices with 300 employees across Australia and New Zealand. We are hard-working, down-to-earth, and passionate geotech professionals who provide quality geotechnical site investigation, analysis, and design advice to the construction, infrastructure, and energy sectors.
The Talent Acquisition Advisor is responsible for partnering with CMW hiring managers to attract, obtain, and onboard great people. Your people practices prioritise quality over quantity, with the overall aim of building engaged teams across Australia and New Zealand.
You'll report directly to the Group HR Manager and work closely with managers across all locations.
We are open to considering candidates from an agency or internal background. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is extremely personable and confident in building trust and rapport with people from all walks of life. You must have genuine care for your candidates and their success.
Key Responsibilities
Partnering with hiring managers, you are responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment processes across ANZ.
Support key recruitment initiatives as directed by the overall team, leading initiatives as required from project inception to delivery.
Attending industry, networking and recruitment events as required.
Preparing recruitment reports as required for CMW and KIWA.
Provide interview/recruitment training and support for internal teams.
Assist in carrying out the graduate recruitment program.
Responsible for onboarding new employees throughout their first three months at CMW.
Conducting onboarding meetings with new starters and recording minutes, escalating to HR Manager if any concerns arise.
Qualifications/Experience
2-8 years experience in a recruitment position
Experience partnering with hiring managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment processes
Experience placing great candidates that translates to positive contributions in the business with sizeable tenures
Experience recruiting engineering, construction or geotechnical candidates is preferred but not essential
Experience with onboarding is preferred but not essential
