The Tactix are seeking to appoint an Event Manager to assist and support the General Manager in planning, implementing, and leading the Tactix event operations for 2025.
This will entail cohesive support and management with the General Manager and Team, ultimately resulting in a successful campaign.Key Responsibilities:Support the General Manager in the delivery of planning and execution of a high-quality event programme servicing the team, fans, partners, and stakeholders.Support the Team in the implementation of the Tactix 2025 campaign.Contribute to the success of the Tactix both on and off the court.The successful applicant will have sound event management experience ideally within a sporting or aligned high-performance commercially driven environment.
They will have strong people management and interpersonal skills that generate mutual respect and trust, and can communicate strategies, inspire, and ensure 'buy in' from the workforce, community, and wider team.Applicants should be self-motivated, action-oriented, dynamic, and agile, and be empathetic to the challenges of high-performance event environments.
