As a Systems Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the seamless operation of our client's IT systems while delivering outstanding support to our internal customers and stakeholders.Your responsibilities will include supporting the client's IT infrastructure, installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications, and monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various IT projects.This is a full-time, salaried role with 40 hours per week. Based in Queenstown - Central Otago.What makes a good IT Support Engineer?To be successful in this role, you will have ideally 3 years of experience in a Desktop Support position. You will enjoy working with people providing great customer service and be able to work effectively in a team environment.Additionally, you will have:Knowledge of the suite of Office 365 applicationsExperience and practical knowledge of networks, PC hardware & printersExperience with current Windows Desktops and current Server TechnologiesBackup/Restore experienceMicrosoft Power BI skills and an understanding of Cisco switching fundamentals an advantageWhat's in it for you?Is the opportunity to work within an exciting team environment and highly respected organisation.
