Key Responsibilities To participate in the development lifecycle of various company systems including product design, hardware assembly, testing, and operations. Physical assembly of electronic components and kits associated with the NWL in-cab truck system (12/24 volt). To be responsible for the safe and organised operation of the technical workshop onsite in Whangarei. Always maintain system documentation using Company tooling. Adhere to all Company data security policies and processes. Participate in skills training as required technology skills change within our systems. Participate fully in meeting product rollout deadlines. Manufacture 3D printed parts as required using company equipment. Ordering of 3rd party parts and components in a timely manner to support assembly timelines. Participate in on-site activities including possible work outside of normal business hours or work at other locations including installing, configuring and fault finding / repair of Truck System equipment on trucks. Possibly travel with equipment to branch locations and truck assembly locations to carry out truck system fitout work and maintenance when required. Be flexible and prepared to change priorities to always deliver to the needs of the business. Health & Safety Report all Health & Safety incidents to your manager. Report any new hazards or any existing ones that are not appropriately controlled. Assist with Health & Safety inspections as required. Participate in the Company's Health & Safety system. Ensure that no action or inaction on your part causes harm to yourself or others. General Be in constant communication with your manager about your priorities, absences, and travel schedule. Attend all team meetings as required both physical and virtual. Be polite in your dealings with all staff, suppliers, customers, and public. Adhere to Company policy and always positively promote Northland Waste Limited and associated brands. Carry out all reasonable instructions and undertake other duties that may be outside of your normal role activities as required. Ensure timely daily attendance scheduled with any issues reported to your manager as soon as possible. Use company systems and follow all procedures for expenses and managing leave.
