Key Responsibilities / Required Experience: Design, build, and support solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure, and Endpoint Security platforms, alongside related hardware.
Regularly monitor, update, and optimise business processes, adhering to security and best practice guidelines.
Experience leading or contributing to projects focused on upgrading or replacing core business systems.
Ensure high system availability and responsiveness, resolving issues efficiently when they arise.
Provide troubleshooting and core system maintenance support.
Maintain detailed technical documentation for ongoing improvement.
Proven experience with Cloud, PaaS and SaaS models.
