About the Role: Are you passionate about delivering exceptional technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction? Do you excel at resolving intricate technical problems through effective troubleshooting? We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to join us in providing excellent service. As a Systems Engineer, you'll assist with diverse IT environments, occasionally on-site, offering desktop and engineering support. Your close client interaction emphasises exceptional communication and top-tier service.
WHAT YOU'RE RESPONSIBLE FOR: Provide technical support to clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills.Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues remotely and on-site, ensuring swift issue resolution.Onsite support across several clients (varying locations) – valid NZ driver's license required.Building and supporting end-user devices (PCs, laptops, thin clients, printers, mobiles, tablets).Diagnosing faults / troubleshooting / problem solving.Network / Windows desktop and Server support.Building productive working relationships across a variety of colleagues, clients, and suppliers.Document service activities and maintain accurate records of client interactions.WHAT SKILLS & EXPERIENCE YOU NEED: Work experience in equivalent field with IT services experience or training.Proven experience in technical support, maintenance, or a related role.Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Familiarity with hand tools, ladders, and networking equipment is required.WHY CHOOSE US: Diversity and Inclusion: We are constantly looking for ways to build a more inclusive culture.
