Your impact: As a System Specialist within the Process & System team within CPM (Central Portfolio Management) you will partner with the business to understand pain points, offer solutions for continuous improvement, and work with vendors to resolve technical issues. While providing support to the business across technical issues and user support, you will be exposed to a range of large-scale projects. The business is always looking to enhance its systems capability, so your input and expertise will be valuable in delivering a step change in the way we deliver future processes.Core responsibilities will be:
Provide issue resolution, investigation and continuous improvement ideas for system enhancements
Manage and support the operations of systems within the business unit, with a focus on SAP ECC SD, MM. Expertise in other SAP modules will be considered and enhances suitability to the role
Work with vendors and partners to resolve issues, design decisions and project delivery
Deliver training and documentation to the wider businessThe must haves:
While we are ideally looking for a strong SAP SD System Specialist, we are open to candidates who have worked with other modules and systems across planning, supply chain, sales and pricing. You will have the technical know-how to support a global business and drive to learn new technologies.A few skills we will be looking for include:
Technology: Have a strong background in system support, or design, build and test cycles
Strategy: Best practise expertise for supply chain and sales execution disciplines; global implementation experience advantageous
Operations: Experience and proven capability in first line system support for stakeholders with an understanding of risk management and operational excellence
Drive: Strong desire to learn new technology with a future focus to deliver to business strategies
A full tertiary qualification in IT or a business-related field.Our Story
